I'm dedicated to making estate planning simple, secure, and personalized. This virtual model fits seamlessly into modern life, allowing clients to work with me from anywhere, whenever it’s most convenient—without the hassle of office visits.

How It Works

Getting your estate planning documents is easy and secure—all without leaving home. For DFW-area clients, in-person meetings are also available, subject to hourly rates.  Follow these simple steps:

1. Get Started
Request and complete an Estate Planning Form on your computer (through the "Contact" form on the bottom of the Home page) — no payment required. Also, you can reach out beforehand (e-mail or telephone) if you have immediate questions or would like to schedule a virtual consultation.

2. Submit Your Information and Receive a Quote
Send your completed form through a secure online platform (access provided with the Estate Planning Form request).  After reviewing your information, You'll be provided a fee quote. There’s no obligation to move forward at this stage.

3. Confirm and Pay
If you accept the quote, you'll be sent an attorney-client agreement for you to review that covers my services.  Once the agreement is accepted and signed/returned, simply pay the advance fee online (you can also request other payment options). Your funds are securely held in a trust account and refundable to you until your documents are completed.

4. Review Drafts
I'’ll personally prepare and send draft documents for your review, answer your questions, and make any requested changes.

5. Finalize Documents
Receive your finalized documents by email or mail, depending on how you decide to move forward in our attorney-client agreement, with instructions and my availability for signing them.  You’ll also have 30 days to ask additional questions at no extra charge.
